Description:
RR&C Roofing Primer is a concrete prime coat for bitiminous mastic type protective coatings and adhesives. After curing, its penetrative value improves the cohesion between weakly bonded particles and provides a firm surface to which heavier compounds can bond. It is an excellent black coating with good hiding power and is recommended for covering weathered vapor seals to rehabilitate and restore their appearance and as a general-purpose asphalt coating or primer.
