Description:
RR&C Surface Tolerant DTM is a surface tolerant, penetrating coating designed to be used without a primer or topcoat to seal concrete or protect metal from atmospheric corrosion. It can easily be applied by brush or roller at 4 to 8 mils over manually prepared surfaces where blasting is not allowed.
